Estate & Hoarder Cleanouts in Feasterville, Southampton & Bucks County

Dave's Hauling provides full estate cleanouts and hoarder cleanup services in Feasterville-Trevose, Southampton, and throughout Bucks and Montgomery County, PA. We clear entire homes, apartments, and storage units, sort items for keeping, donation, and recycling, and leave the property broom-clean and ready for sale, rental, or return to the landlord.

Families, executors, realtors, and property managers rely on us because we work quickly without being careless. We check drawers, boxes, and closets for documents, photos, jewelry, and heirlooms before anything leaves the house, and we can coordinate with your realtor or attorney on timing.

Hoarding cleanups are handled with complete discretion. There is no judgment, our trucks are unmarked on request, and we can work in stages if the occupant needs time to make decisions.

What an estate or hoarder cleanout includes

Whole-home clearing

Every room, closet, basement, attic, garage, and shed emptied in one coordinated job.

Keep / donate / dispose sorting

We set aside items you flag and separate donation-quality goods from true trash.

Furniture & appliance removal

Heavy items carried out safely, including pianos, safes, and hospital beds.

Paperwork & valuables check

We look for documents, photos, cash, and jewelry before anything is loaded.

Broom-clean finish

Floors swept and surfaces cleared so the property is ready for listing or turnover.

Donation coordination

Usable items go to local charities. Donation receipts are provided on request.

What affects the price

We quote every job upfront, and the price you approve is the price you pay. These are the factors that determine it:

  • Total volume, usually measured in truckloads
  • Number of floors and ease of access
  • How much sorting versus straight removal is needed
  • Any biohazard, pest, or heavy-debris conditions

Fastest way to get a number: text or upload a few photos with your quote request. We can usually give you a firm price within a couple of hours during business hours.

Estate & Hoarder Cleanouts FAQ

How long does an estate cleanout take?
Most single-family homes in Bucks and Montgomery County are cleared in one to two days. Smaller apartments and condos are often finished in a few hours. We give you a time estimate along with the quote so you can plan around closings or lease deadlines.
Will you look for important papers and valuables?
Yes. Our crew checks drawers, boxes, closets, and pockets for documents, photographs, cash, jewelry, and keepsakes before items are loaded. Anything found is set aside and handed directly to you.
Is hoarder cleanup confidential?
Completely. We do not discuss jobs, we can arrive without lettered vehicles on request, and we treat the occupant and family with respect. Many clients choose to work in stages, and we are happy to do that.
Can you donate items instead of throwing them away?
That is our default. Furniture, clothing, kitchenware, and household goods in good condition are delivered to local charities. We can provide donation receipts for tax purposes when requested.
Do you handle out-of-state families?
Often. Many of our estate clients live out of the area. We can coordinate access with a realtor, neighbor, or attorney, send before-and-after photos, and complete the entire job without you needing to travel.
